friendly staff great dining enjoyable pool happy daughters
The dining was great, i really enjoyed the ribeye and pizza. extending my stay was easy because the room and pool were enjoyable. my daughters loved the kids' club. It kept them happy. the staff provided great, friendly service to me and my family
the breakfast buffet was very local, and some items were not labeled for allergy information.

the beautiful city view king room included comfortable bedding and climate control. a selection of movies was available on demand, suitable for both adults and children. sound insulation was adequate, and disturbances were minimal.

the hotel is near several amenities, like a golf course and dining options. the surrounding area offers a peaceful retreat from the city without being far from urban conveniences. it is convenient for travel within the immediate area.

staff members were quick to respond to our needs, notably at reception and in the dining areas. requests for additional towels and information about local attractions were met promptly. the overall service was attentive and polite.

the swimming pool has a dedicated children's area with a small water slide. the kids' club operates with extended hours, as late as 9 pm on certain days. a gym and yoga space offered options for fitness and relaxation.

A Mixed Bag of Experiences
range of options spacious environment friendly staff limited parking smoother automation inadequate service
The breakfast really had a great range of options. My family and I liked it. The food seemed good and effort went into catering to different tastes. The staff was so friendly, this includes everyone. The executive suite also provided a spacious environment.
Parking felt limited. Getting in and out of the resort could be smoother with automation. The service for the money paid feels inadequate. The pool looked rundown for a new resort. I did expect much better service.

limited breakfast poor insulation
The breakfast selection could use some improvement the nasi lemak lacked key condiments the porridge selection was similarly limited I expected a bit more for the price. Also noise insulation was not good I could clearly hear my neighbors showering and talking not exactly conducive to a relaxing stay. It affected my sleep quality and overall experience I hope they address these issues soon.

some minor issues, overall adequate
smoking smell pool towels
the pool towels policy seemed a bit off. we weren't allow bring them up to the room. also, the kid's club lacked age restrictions, adult kids dominate it all the time. those little monsters got all the play facilities meant for younger children. i also felt that smoking smell from others room were quite annoying as the ventilation systems are not up to par.

fun slide spacious playroom long queue small room
The pool had a really fun slide. My kids loved it. the breakfast buffet offered many choices, and my daughter's meal was complimentary! the kids playroom was spacious and well kept, a plus for families.
Check-in had a long queue. I waited quite a while.
